Accurate Carpet Cleaning started in May 1988 as an evening and weekend service company. Jeff Grycza, owner and an operator of the company, started his business at the age of 19. He has many skills involving complete janitorial services that he had acquired from previous projects, including tile cleaning, stripping and waxing floors, upholstery and carpet cleaning with portable and truck mounted units. He also supervised at a local hospital for years, in charge of a variety of duties and leading several employees. He quickly learned how to effectively train crews involved with janitorial type services (maintenance, grounds, and facilities). He showed his teams how to work together and how to display pride and quality with the job that was being performed, earning their respect.
